Our school day is 8:30am - 3pm Monday - Friday. We offer full wrap around care provision for the pupils of North Worcester Primary. This takes place daily in the main hall for pupils Year 1 to Year 6 and in Pre-School for pre-schoolers and Reception pupils. We offer a hugely popular breakfast club and staggered after school care with a variety of pick up times up to 6pm.

Wrap Prices - Pre-School

7:30am - 8:20am >>>>> £5.50 per child. Our breakfast menu consists of toast, crumpets, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt. We also provide water and fruit juice.

3:00pm - 4:00pm >>>>> £5.50 per child, including a drink and snack.

3:00pm - 5:00pm >>>>> £10.50 per child, including a drink, snack and a small tea. 

3:00pm - 6:00pm >>>>> £14.00 per child, including a drink, snack and a small tea. 

Our after school menu runs on a 3 week cycle and is available to view below.

Wrap Prices - Primary School (Reception to Year 6)

How To Book Wrap

Before making any wrap bookings, please ensure that you have signed and returned the Terms and Conditions document - available below or from the school office. 

The booking deadline is the 15th of the month for the start of the following month (ie 15th August for bookings in September).

How to book if you are paying by childcare vouchers:

1.  Generate a childcare voucher for the amount needed to cover your bookings. This needs to be done before booking the wrap sessions you want. 

2. Send proof of the voucher payment (e.g. screenshot or email) to nwpawrap@riverscofe.co.uk. Be sure to include your child’s name and how you would like the money allocated e.g. breakfast club £20 and 5pm £30. 

3. We will then credit your ParentPay account with the voucher amount and notify you once this is complete. 

4. Once credited, you can book your sessions directly through ParentPay, using the credited amount to pay for them.

How to book if you are paying directly (not using childcare vouchers):

1. Please book and pay for your sessions via ParentPay as usual. All bookings must be completed by the 15th of the month for the following month. 

2. Please ensure payment is made within 20 minutes of booking—ParentPay will automatically cancel any unpaid bookings after this time.

NB: Should your child have a food allergy, please complete and return the Allergen Diet Form below. 

Important - wrap is very popular - we may not be able to accommodate bookings received after the 15th of the month.
